My Deenway app for iPhone and iPad

Are you a parent or member of staff at the Deenway Montessori School & Unicity College? This app has been especially designed to connect you closely to your childs life at school and to help you as a family benefit from what the school has to offer. Packed with exciting and unique features tailor made to give you immediate real time insight into whats happening in class, showcasing student achievements, allowing instant communication and much more. Deenway is an amazing place and your children are amazing too (ma sha Allah). This app helps you see all the great stuff that theyre doing and all the cool things happening at Deenway and Unicity College.
You need a login to enter and use the app. Please contact the school if you dont already have one.

Just Some Features:

• MashaAllah Merits: Every day at school there are special moments when we see children showing great character: an act of courage, a kind word, a good deed, an extraordinary or exemplary action, an amazing piece of work. All precious moments that make us say Ma sha Allah. Here we capture these moments and share them with you so you can say "Ma sha Allah for your child too!
• Student Showcase: There are so many amazing pieces of work that pupils produce. Often it has something for us to learn from as adults. We want to inspire more of this work, and we dont want you to miss out from seeing it or benefitting from it. In Student Showcase you can see examples of pupils work and share them with family and friends.
• Communication Centre: Need to call the school or arrange a meeting with the Headmaster? Now you can do so at the click of a button.
• Events: not sure when the school trip is? Misplaced the letter? Now you can check whats happening, where and when instantly.
• Quran: All children have Quran work to do at home but often parents dont feel they have the skill to help them. Now you dont need to be embarrassed if your tajweed is not up to scratch, or if your child is reciting better than you. Why not sit down with your child and learn Quran together. As they go through their Quran homework reciting behind the Qari, you can do the same. You can also of course listen to beautiful Quran recitation yourself for pleasure and/or for memorization.
• Multimedia: audio and video to entertain, inform, educate and inspire. Listen to the Deenway School Choir, watch snapshots of past and present drama productions, get an insight into Montessori and much more.
• Library: Access the school library from inside your app (requires separate login). See what books your child has taken out. Renew or reserve books. Search the collection. And let your child write book reviews for others to read, or look at what other children have written about books theyve read. Encourages children and adults to fall in love with reading.
• Weekly Circulars: Weekly Circulars getting lost behind the refrigerator or vanishing at the bottoms of the your childs bag? Feel like youre missing out? Now you can read all about it on your phone.
• FAQs: Now you can find answers to frequently asked questions in the palm of your hands.
• Shop: No need to fumble around looking for change early in the morning. Now you can pay for school trips and events directly from your app. As well as shop for childrens books and other products carefully sourced and selected by the school.
• Parent Portal: Access your childs progress records directly from your phone or device. See what presentations, topics and materials theyve been working on. Track their progress on a weekly basis and see how it fits in to the rest of the curriculum. Also access Montessori demonstration videos and learning resources that help you understand what your child is learning at Deenway and how you can help them at home.
• Dua Requests: Often the most powerful way we can help each other is with prayer. Post your dua requests here and pray for other families in the school community.
